We can help you remotely when you need some computer help fast. A high-speed cable, DSL or fiber-optic Internet connection is required in order to be eligible for this service.
Modern versions of the Windows™ operating system (e.g. Windows XP™, Windows Vista™, and Windows 7™) include tools that can be used to send an invitation to someone so they may connect to your computer to help you. Most of the time, this is referred to as Remote Assistance.
With Remote Assistance, you choose who is allowed and when the person you invite is allowed to connect through the use of a password. This password is usually only good for a single connection, so you can rest assured that afterwards, another later connection cannot be made without your authorization and consent. If the invitation is not used, you can even set a number of days that the invitation will remain valid.
Below are links to instructions about how to access Remote Assistance on your computer. Select your operating system:
Pricing starts at $20 for the initial connection, plus additional service costs.
